Adam HonanFCCA, AITI Chartered Tax Advisor
Adam is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and an AITI Chartered Tax Advisor. Adam also holds an Advanced Diploma in International Taxation from the Chartered Institute of Taxation and a Diploma with distinction in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ireland.
Adam has extensive experience in advising on all aspects of taxation including high net worth individuals and senior executives, Lloyd's Underwriters, extracting wealth from companies, group restructures, succession planning and international tax planning. He also advises other professional firms including accountancy firms, financial advisors and solicitors.
In addition, he advises privately held companies and groups, multinational businesses, foreign direct investment and on the research and development tax credit and knowledge development box.
Adam holds a Diploma with distinction in Corporate Finance and leads the corporate finance practice. He advises on mergers and acquisitions and has acted as lead advisor in numerous domestic and cross border transactions. In addition, he advises on valuations, due-diligence assignments, venture capital fundraising and tax structuring for corporate transactions.
